An international transaction has been completed whereby French personal protective equipment manufacturer Delta Plus Group acquired 100% of the shares in Gevanta, a specialized workwear company based in Lithuania.

This acquisition marks an important step in Delta Plus Group’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Baltic region and expand its range of high-quality workwear for the Baltic and Scandinavian markets.

Glimstedt represented the seller – a private individual – throughout the entire transaction, providing comprehensive legal assistance from negotiations and preparation of documentation to the successful closing of the deal.

We are proud to have contributed to this significant cross-border transaction, which strengthens business ties between Lithuania and France and reflects growing foreign investor interest in the Baltic region.
