Law firm Glimstedt contributed to the completion of yet another successful transaction – we represented clients regarding the sale of their controlling stake in a company trading in KUKLA COSMETICS products. Following this transaction, the clients exited the business they had built together with partners. We contributed to the smooth transfer of business management, while simultaneously ensuring a balance of interests for all parties and business continuity.
The transaction was signed and completed on 22 October 2025, after all conditions precedent for the closing had been met. The deal was closed within a relatively short period: no more than 5 months passed from the start of negotiations until completion.
Glimstedt’s Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team participated in the negotiations, transaction structuring, and drafting of documents, as well as the conclusion and implementation of the deal, ensuring a smooth process management.
