Partner and one of the key lawyers in the Energy and Infrastructure Projects practice group.

Feliksas has participated in the implementation of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects and provided legal advice to public and private entities on various Public-Private Partnership (PPP), public procurement, competition law, EU regulatory, and other European Union law matters. He also possesses considerable experience in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). He has lectured on European Union Company Law to students at Mykolas Romeris University.
