Partner and Attorney at Law, Dr Saulius Aviža has accumulated extensive experience advising clients on business development, shareholder relations, as well as real estate development and financing, and the development of renewable energy projects.
He represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Furthermore, he is included in the list of recommended arbitrators at the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (VCCA) and acts as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
Dr Saulius Aviža is a lecturer at the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, Vilnius University, where he teaches Family and Succession Law. He was also appointed as a member of the Civil Code Supervisory Committee established by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania.
