Egidijus has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), concessions, and private equity investments. His experience ranges from large-scale privatisation transactions executed in the early 1990s to recent complex private equity deals involving leveraged finance and cross-border regulatory issues. He also possesses extensive experience in representing institutional investors. He has consistently provided legal advice on the implementation of the most significant projects in Lithuania in recent years.

Furthermore, Egidijus Bernotas is a Board Member of Limarko Shipping Company, the Baltic American Chamber of Commerce, and several other asset management companies and funds.
