Gina Petkevičiūtė is an associate specialising in Banking & Finance. Her experience covers a broad range of matters, from financing transactions and debt capital markets to M&A in the financial sector and related regulatory advice.

Gina has significant experience in aircraft finance, trading and leasing transactions. She has advised some of the largest aircraft lessors, servicers, aviation asset managers and financing parties.

In the area of bank lending, Gina has acted for the EIB, NIB, EBRD and other major Lithuanian and international banks in some of the largest project finance transactions in Lithuania, particularly in the renewable energy sector, as well as in acquisition finance matters.

Gina also plays an important role in regulatory-driven transactions, including acquisitions of and investments in financial services firms. She assists clients with obtaining clearances from financial supervisory authorities and advises on a wide range of financial regulatory matters, including licensing projects.
