Partner Linas Sesickas has almost 20 years of experience advising clients on banking, financing, insolvency, restructuring and financial recovery, as well as real estate transaction financing and concessions.

He has advised clients on various legislative projects in the fields of public procurement, gambling and lotteries, consumer credit, credit unions, forestry, fisheries, and advertising regulation. He also specialises in legal practice related to the management and resolution of complex shareholder disputes.

Linas holds Master’s degrees in Law, International Business, International Relations, and Philosophy from Vilnius University.
